Dust Caps

Dust caps are protective rubber components designed to prevent the ingress of dust, dirt, moisture, and contaminants into mechanical assemblies. MRPI manufactures custom dust caps to help extend the service life of components such as bearings, shafts, and moving parts.

Our dust caps are compression molded to achieve consistent wall thickness, secure fitting, and effective sealing. Rubber compounds are selected based on wear resistance, flexibility, and environmental exposure.

Each dust cap is developed based on customer specifications, ensuring compatibility with the intended assembly and operating conditions.
